Just because you have hosting with us does not mean your domain is in our registry. Hosting and domain registry are completely unrelated services. You may want to transfer your domain to our registry to save money: our prices on domain registration are as low as our prices for hosting! Here's how to transfer your domain:

1. Go to http://www.secureserver.net/default.asp?prog_id=evantime.

2. Click on "My Account" in the orange menu bar near the top of the page.

3. Do you already have an account with us? If so, enter your name and password and skip to step #5. If not, click on the 'CLICK HERE" to set up an account in the same blue box, just down lower.

4. Enter all your contact information to establish your account. Follow the steps through and make sure you write down your username and password. These are important. Forever!

5. In the gray menu bar at the top, directly beside the option "Domain Names" is a down-arrow. Move your cursor over the arrow and a menu will pop down. Click on "Transfer Domains"

6. Type in the name of the domain you wish to transfer and hit "GO".

7. Follow the steps through to completion, including paying for the transfer. Note that our transfers INCLUDE extending your domain registration for a year! During this step you will be asked if you want to make your registration 'private' so that your name and contact information doesn't appear in the 'whois' directories. I recommend it only for clients who feel anonymity is important.
